Highlight the slide area once, hit start, and Auto Capture takes it from there — every new slide gets saved automatically as it appears, so you end up with a clean, complete record of the whole talk without capturing a single page by hand.
An Obsidian vault with real pages in it
Capture a page, and it lands in your vault as a real note — tagged, backlinked to the source PDF, with the OCR text already formatted as Markdown. Not a plugin bolted onto a scanner; a native export target.

Requirements
macOS 13 or later, Apple silicon. Works with your Mac's built-in camera or any USB webcam out of the box — a capture card is a nice upgrade if you already have one, not a requirement.
